Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Tusted AI Ranking Engine.

Tusted AI Ranking Engine is a platform that allows users to discover, rate, and review AI tools. We provide rankings based on user reviews and our proprietary trust scoring algorithm. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

When submitting reviews and ratings, you agree to:

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines without notice.

You may not use the Service to:

Use automated systems to access the Service
Transmit viruses or malicious code

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tusted AI Ranking Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tusted AI Ranking Engine and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tusted AI Ranking Engine operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
